Called on Thursday to have someone look at my furnace which was not running. Never got a callback. so called that afternoon and was told he had an emergency and would call me back after 6pm...needless to say it never happened. I have found out this is typical. He was called to our home before we bought it to put a cutoff valve on...took 3 appts before he showed up and then he plastered his stickers on every single appliance (making me assume he had installed the furnace). Save yourself time and money and go with someone else. It is now Monday...snow on the ground, and I still have not heard back from them. Glad I wasn't holding my breath, or shivering in the cold. Someone else has already come out and fixed our furnace.
