when I called to get a quote, I was told how professional they were, how there movers were experinced and trained. They got to the house late, with no tools, were very slow and my friends and I could have done less damage then they did. they only half way set up the furniture, lost parts, and tried to hide damage. Then when it came time to pay for the damages they caused, they would not answer my calls and refused to pay. The D.A. should investagate them for fraud!

First experience they damaged a mailbox and didn't want to pay. Second experience years later had items stolen by movers. Facts submitted to Tulsa Police and BBB. Items were seen just prior to their arrival, discovered missing while they were there, movers knew that we discovered items missing and hid items in and around garage so they wouldn't get caught but kept the stolen money. We found items shortly after they left. NO OTHER people were in the house. It is so easy for movers to steal when you are not going to discover missing items for a while. Owner said it was OUR fault for leaving things we didn't want stolen where they could be taken???

They dropped our head board to the bed, tried to lie and say they did not do it. Thank god my son seen them drop it. They also damaged another piece of furniture while lifting a T.V. Would not consider that damage because they are not suppose to lift TV's. My statement was that fine but if they do lift the TV and cause damage they should be responseable. Even if they damage your furniture they will pay you .60cents a pound. The kicker is they go by a military weight system and assume everyone has particle board. Stay away from this Company. The qwner of the company is never there. They will not return phone calls, and it will take several months to get a token of the damage price. I finally recieved a check for $ 114. Stay Away I CAN NOT EXPRESS LOUD ENOUGH STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
